We are experienced in co-ordinating retained projects which are structured to be both cost effective and targeted. All aspects from negotiating media placement and production, candidate screening, interviewing and reference checking are handled by us.

Clients can choose whether to display their corporate branding within the advertising or can elect for a confidential advertising approach, where the advert is advertised under the MYM Consulting corporate branding. Alternatively some clients prefer a confidential research project to be undertaken whereby we will not advertise.

Retained and retained advertised recruitment is particularly effective for roles requiring highly specialised candidates and clients are guaranteed exclusivity to candidates on the short list for the duration of the assignment. The structure and method of research and delivery is agreed with the client before the project begins and strict timescales and progress reports are adhered to.

We develop strong partnerships with clients by delivering recruitment solutions aligned to their unique organisational objectives. If we can identify ways of streamlining our clients’ recruitment processes we will make suggestions and possibly undertake a separate project to improve the process, and ultimately reduce time and cost. As part of this process, we meet with our clients to understand their organisational culture and recruitment requirements.

The payment structure for contingent recruitment is conditional upon successful placement so there are no upfront fees payable.
